Hugo Pratt
The graphic novelist Hugo Pratt was born in Rimini in Italy. He spent his life between Venice, Argentina, France and Switzerland. He has written at least twenty books in his best known series, Corto Maltese, which has been translated into many languages.
Three of his best known graphic novels are available from Leabhar Breac, Port na Farraige Goirt, An Teach Órga i Samarkand and Corto sa tSibéir, as well as four short novelettes.
